She has been very excited. She's been telling people for weeks,"I'm going to turn 3 at my birthday in Orange" and now "I'm just 3". Anyone gets told the news. Complete strangers at the park or shops. You just have to look in her direction.
There has been over a week of celebrations in Orange and here. It's good that parcels don't arrive all on the same day. I think it would be overwhelming all at once.
